A Charge Conference is an annual meeting with the District Superintendent (DS) of the UMC to report on the state of the church and celebrate ministries. Because we are not a chartered church, we will not have an official Charge Conference but will have time with the DS at the first part of our Board of Stewards meeting at 5:30 PM to hear from each other and celebrate our ministries. It is an open meeting and anyone may attend.
